Last Resort Service Request For Proposals

As part of the approved 2025 Last Resort Service (LRS) energy procurement plan, a revised procurement structure will be implemented for the July auctions. These changes apply specifically to the Residential and Commercial customer groups.

• Key Changes for Residential and Commercial Customers:

  • The first two 6-month tranches of the 18-month procurement period will be reduced from 20% to 15% each.
  • The third 6-month tranche will remain at 20%, consistent with previous procurement structures.
  • As a result, the spot-market exposure for these customer groups will increase from 10% to 15%, effective October 2025.
    
    

• Industrial Customers:

  • There are no changes to the procurement structure for the Industrial customer group.

Note: These adjustments apply only to the July auctions and are designed to align with the strategic goals outlined in the 2025 LRS procurement plan.
