As of September 1st, 2022, participation in our recent electric vehicle programs has closed. However, we continue to support transportation electrification in Rhode Island and stand ready to help answer your questions. DRIVE RI Rebate Program: The State of Rhode Island’s Office of Energy Resources is offering incentives for the purchase/lease of electric vehicles, including funding for fleets.
