Leave on for Landlord Program

Easily transfer stopped gas service to your name

If you are a landlord or property owner who rents residential properties, you can benefit from our Leave on for Landlord program, which automatically transfers gas services to your name whenever a tenant stops service.

A landlord holds a set of keys and a small model house over a table

Program benefits

  • Keeps power on for showing the property to potential tenants
  • Simplifies tracking of service for your rental properties online
  • Eliminates the need for a service turn-on appointment, allowing new tenants to move in anytime

Without the Leave on for Landlord program, gas service will be automatically disconnected whenever a tenant closes their account. Service will be restored only when the landlord or a new tenant opens an account.

If any of your tenant services were disconnected due to credit-related matters, the transfer of service to your name cannot be completed.
