Your new online profile

If you have an existing online profile, you’ll need to make a few updates the first time you log into our new website. These updates allow you to view and pay your bills, track and analyze your energy usage, and stop or start service. You can also set up paperless billing and update communications preferences for outages and other notifications.

A better manage your energy bills

You can create a new online profile in three easy steps.

  1. Enter the phone number associated with your service address to confirm your identity. We’ll send you a six-digit verification code. Enter the code within five minutes and continue the process by confirming your email address. You can create a new, strong password once you enter your email and receive an email confirmation.
  2. Once you enter your email, receive an email confirmation, and click to confirm your email, you can create a new, strong password to keep your account secure.
  3. Your last step is to select your accounts by selecting your service addresses and adding them to your account profile.
