Schedule either an in-person or virtual appointment and provide basic information about your home.

Who is eligible for a Home Energy Assessment

To be eligible for a no-cost Home Energy Assessment, customers must:

  • Be residential customers of Rhode Island Energy who live in a one- to four-unit home
  • Have full access to the house and the ability to install any recommended instant-saving products

How this program is funded

These programs are funded by the energy-efficiency charge on all customers’ gas and electric bills, in accordance with Rhode Island law. Additional criteria may apply.
