Customer Claims

Our Claims Department responds to all claims made against Narragansett Electric Co. d/b/a Rhode Island Energy - for property damage, bodily injury or business loss. Claims are processed courteously and objectively, and in line with our operating tariffs, applicable statutes and regulations.

There are three ways to file a claim:
