Online profile changes

Many account features now require you to set up an online web profile. If you have an existing profile, don’t worry—all you need to do is reset your password when you log in for the first time.

Budget Billing plan changes

Budget Billing Plan customers who use a supplier other than Rhode Island Energy for their electricity will likely see adjustments in their supply costs the first three months of transitioning to the new system, providing more accuracy for Budget Billing Plans.
